In the new city center of Jintan a exhabition building and library is planned to be build comming year. The library building concerns a public library and multi media space. The exhabition building is placed on the other side of the building site. This building includes a air force exhabition and a urban planning museum. The most main task for the site design is the connection from the library to the exhabition and the connection from main road padestrians tunnel to the goverment building. Those four connections come together in the sunken cental park.
